How Do I Join a
Learning Community?
First, you
must
be officially accepted to the University
before you can be considered for a Learning
Community.
If you are
applying for a residential Learning
Community you must
first
complete a
Housing application. Please note:
on the application you will not be able to
select the Learning Community residence
halls (C.F. Lynch or Hawthorn) as these
buildings are only assignable once a student
had been accepted into a learning
community. If accepted, you will be
reassigned.
Regardless of
the type of Learning Community,
you must complete the
Learning
Community
online application.
All applications will be
forwarded to the appropriate Learning
Community Coordinator. The Learning Community
Coordinators are responsible for all selection
decisions. For questions regarding selection
and placement, please
contact the coordinators of the communities
to which you applied.
